Red Kite People Development (a.k.a. Red Kite PD) works with mid-level to senior professionals on improving their impact at work. Focus areas range from being more confident, productive and happier at work, to leading teams, motivating others and improving influencing skills. We use a science-based change approach, that includes coaching, to deliver lasting results.
The business has three focus areas: coaching, behavioural learning and development and people capability consulting.
Why call this business ‘Red Kite’? The company is called Red Kite People Development for two reasons: this business is all about helping people grow, soaring to new heights, honing their competitive edge and seeing the world anew as a result. We wanted something that would symbolise that, be inspiring and evocative so a bird of prey made sense. The Red Kite was chosen because it has a strong connection with the Chilterns area of the UK, which is where Liz Elton grew up and lives today. As founder this had a really personal connection and so Red Kite People Development was conceived.
